Sunrise Housing Group is a 501©(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding affordable housing across the western United States. We acquire, rehabilitate, and manage rental properties so that families and individuals in need have access to stable, quality homes.

Founded on the belief that safe, affordable housing is the foundation for stronger communities, SHG works with property donors, local partners, and housing agencies to put vacant and underused properties back into service. Every donated property becomes a lasting resource a home where someone can build a better life.
